Obido.pl is one of the largest real estate portals in Poland, specializing in presenting listings from the primary market. Thanks to advanced tools and 3D Estate technologies, the portal gained the ability to provide its users with interactive and realistic apartment visualizations, significantly enhancing the appeal of the listed properties and supporting the value delivered by obido.pl.

Obido is a leading player in the real estate industry — now part of Otodom and the OLX Group.

As part of our ongoing partnership, we have already created over 200,000 virtual tours for the obido.pl platform.

The real estate market is highly competitive, and potential buyers are increasingly expecting innovative tools that allow them to thoroughly explore offers without the need to physically visit properties. Obido.pl was looking for a solution that would not only increase user engagement but also speed up the decision-making process.

3D Estate provided obido.pl with a comprehensive solution in the form of automatically generated virtual tours and 3D apartment views. Thanks to the integrated API, 3D Estate receives apartment plans in PDF format from obido.pl and, within a few minutes, generates rendered 3D views and interactive tours, which are directly embedded on the obido.pl website.

In 2018, the 3D Estate team launched the collaboration with obido.pl by producing 40,000 virtual tours with 3D floor plans. Today, around 60,000 apartments on Obido feature virtual tours, and to date, we have created 3D presentations for over 200,000 apartments as part of our ongoing partnership.

3D Estate’s virtual tours are continuously evolving, now offering up to 9 design styles. Developers have also recognized the value of our services, ensuring consistency in presenting their offerings. Homebuyers receive coherent information and a unified viewing experience at every stage of the purchase process. Our 3D virtual tours have become an integral part of Obido’s product, elevating it to a higher level.
