Kamienna 28 was once associated with the remnants of a 19th-century oil mill known as Fabryka Batycki. Now, it is a construction site for an ambitious revitalization project. The investment includes recreating the building’s structure to house 33 modern loft-style apartments, and constructing a new building with 29 investment apartments. As a trusted partner of Acciona, 3D Estate was tasked with creating a 3D Twin to showcase the project and its picturesque surroundings, between the Nowa Motława promenade and 17th-century fortifications.
