Greenford Quay
Greenford Quay is currently the largest build-to-rent community in London, featuring 2,118 units ranging from studios to one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with commercial spaces, resident amenities, and open community areas. When the leading UK marketing agency Intelligent Mobile was tasked with developing a new website and marketing strategy for the project, they turned to 3D Estate to deliver a world-class, interactive 3D solution that would make the development stand out and revolutionize the rental process.

Client’s requirements
The agency’s client, a global leader in residential rentals (Build-to-Rent, BTR) and student accommodation (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, PBSA), was looking for an innovative solution to effectively capture the complexity and uniqueness of Greenford Quay. Traditional property presentation methods were considered no longer adequate. They sought new, interactive, and highly engaging formats to better attract potential tenants and emphasize the exceptional nature of the development. The key was an integrated online solution that powered both the website and the sales office experience.
Our solution
The ideal solution turned out to be 3D Estate's 3D Twin. After a demonstration of its capabilities, Intelligent Mobile immediately gave the green light to proceed. It was exactly the solution they were looking for, and the decision to create a 3D Twin for Greenford Quay was made on the spot.
The 3D Twin was seamlessly integrated into the project’s website, offering users an unprecedented experience of almost physically being on-site. Potential tenants can now explore the development online, without limits, viewing individual apartments and the surrounding areas in a way that was previously impossible.
In addition to the online 3D Twin, we developed the Free Presenter application - an interactive, Unreal Engine 5-powered solution for the sales office. Designed for large touchscreen displays, the app transforms presentations into engaging, immersive experiences.

In addition to the online application for the development, we created the Free Presenter app, a tool used daily by sales representatives in the customer service office to enhance their presentations and support them in showcasing the full range of offerings.
4K materials prepared for Greenford Quay
As part of the Greenford Quay package, premium 3D animations and renderings were produced. These assets are used for social media campaigns, displayed on digital screens in sales offices, and featured in online advertising to enhance the project’s visibility.
