Greenford Quay is currently the largest build-to-rent community in London, featuring 2,118 units ranging from studios to one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with commercial spaces, resident amenities, and open community areas. When the leading UK marketing agency Intelligent Mobile was tasked with developing a new website and marketing strategy for the project, they turned to 3D Estate to deliver a world-class, interactive 3D solution that would make the development stand out and revolutionize the rental process.

Client’s requirements
The agency’s client, a global leader in residential rentals (Build-to-Rent, BTR) and student accommodation (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, PBSA), was looking for an innovative solution to effectively capture the complexity and uniqueness of Greenford Quay. Traditional property presentation methods were considered no longer adequate. They sought new, interactive, and highly engaging formats to better attract potential tenants and emphasize the exceptional nature of the development.

As part of the Greenford Quay package, premium 3D animations and renderings were produced. These assets are used for social media campaigns, displayed on digital screens in sales offices, and featured in online advertising to enhance the project’s visibility.
