Located in the heart of London, the 39-storey high-rise offers not just accommodation but a lifestyle centered around community and convenience. With students frequently booking from abroad, the client needed a digital solution that would intuitively present all aspects of the development - from unit availability to surrounding amenities- in a way that supported confident, remote decision-making. After the success of 3D Estate’s solutions in other developments, the 3D Twin was a natural fit for this flagship project. However, the expectations were higher than ever: the client specifically requested an interactive 2D apartment search tool that would function at the floor level, allowing users to filter and browse units effortlessly. Equally important was an intuitive navigation system capable of handling the complexity of a vertical, high-rise structure. To meet these needs and more, the 3D Twin’s adaptability and advanced feature set made it an essential component in transforming online interest into confirmed bookings.

To turn Chapter London Bridge into a truly accessible global destination, we developed a customized 3D Twin application that reimagines how student housing can be explored and rented online.
